bpexch10 reserves the right to decline a registration application without providing a reason. Account creation does not confer any contractual right to continued service — bpexch10 may at its discretion modify, suspend, or terminate services at any time with appropriate notice.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your bpexch10 account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password that you do not use on other platforms, enabling two-factor authentication (strongly recommended), and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.

If you suspect that your bpexch10 account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must contact our support team immediately via the live chat or email channel. bpexch10 will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily freezing the account pending review.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on bpexch10:

• Minimum bet: Rs 50 on all markets unless stated otherwise on the specific market.
• Maximum bet: Determined by available liquidity in each market. There is no fixed house limit — your bet is constrained by what the opposing side of the market can absorb.
• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation reference number. Bets shown as "pending" have not yet been matched.
• In-play betting: In-play markets may be suspended briefly at key moments (e.g., ball delivery). Bets are accepted at the odds shown at the moment of confirmation — not at the odds showing when you initiated the bet placement process.
• Void bets: Bets on events that are cancelled, abandoned, or not completed under the conditions required for settlement will be voided and stakes returned. This does not apply to in-play bets placed after the commencement of an event.
• Commission: bpexch10 charges a standard commission rate of 5% on net winnings from each market. Commission is deducted at settlement. No commission is charged on losing positions or on voided bets.

Casino & Poker Rules

Each game displays its rules within the game interface. By launching a game, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the specific rules for that game.

For the bpexch10 poker room, the following minimum rules apply alongside the specific table rules:

• Minimum cash game buy-in: Rs 500 at micro-stakes tables.

For live dealer casino games, the results of all rounds are determined by the live dealer's actions using physical equipment (cards, wheels, dice) visible on camera. In the event of a technical failure mid-round, bpexch10 will attempt to reconstruct the outcome from video records. If this is not possible, the round will be voided and all bets returned.

For RNG-based games, outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator that cannot be influenced by bpexch10, players, or any other party. A wagering requirement of 10× a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before the bonus balance converts to withdrawable cash. Account Suspensions & Closures

• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.

If an account is suspended pending investigation, bpexch10 will aim to notify you within 5 business days of the suspension and provide a reasonable timeframe for resolution. If the investigation concludes in your favour, full access will be restored and any suspended winnings released.

If an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances are forfeited. Real-money balances that are not associated with fraudulent activity will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method after the investigation concludes.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting bpexch10 support. We will process the closure within 48 hours. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Open bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance returned.

Intellectual Property

All content on bpexch10.net — including text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video, software, and the compilation of all content — is the property of bpexch10 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use bpexch10 for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

Limitation of Liability
